Advance registration
For domestic participants who have completed advance registration, wear a name budge and join the symposium without stopping by the registration desk. For overseas participants who have completed advance registration, pay the advance registration fee and receive a name budge and a receipt at the registration desk.

On-site registration
Those who have not completed advance registration are required to register on-site at the registration desk. Only cash payment is acceptable.

Photography & recording
Photography and recording with camera, video, mobile phone and any devices is NOT allowed at the meeting site. Please note that some recording may be performed after obtaining the board meeting’s approval.
Luncheon seminar
Lunch tickets will be distributed at the registration desk in the morning of Oct 23–25. Only tickets for the seminars on the day are provided on a first-come-first served basis.
