Before attendance at this symposium
- All presentations will be carried out on the “Zoom”. Please make sure your network connection and workability of your mike and speaker before attendance.
- Please install the latest version of Zoom application whenever possible.
- Please make sure ON/OFF switching of your mike, video and the ways to fill in the chat field and to change display name, in advance.
- Please enter into the Zoom system using your name and affiliation. Do not use your nickname and so on, please.

Oral presentations
After entry into your “My Page” on website of this symposium, click the URL of Zoom meeting, please.
Poster presentations
After entry into your “My Page” on website of this symposium, click the URL on Zoom meeting for each presentation, please.
During presentation
- During oral presentations, we ask any audiences to turn off your mike and video.
- During poster presentations, you use your mike and video when you cast your question.
- We ask you to be careful not to yield any howling.
- In oral presentations, please use the chat field when you have any question. After the chairs call you, please cast your question and comment using your mike and video. Please turn off your mike and video after your question and comment.
- Whenever on presentations, you can freely enter or exit the room. Please click the “exit the meeting” in your moving.

- We ask you to show your name and affiliation in your attendance at this symposium. Also, show your name and affiliation when you cast your question.
