The early bird registration discount period has ended, but we are still accepting registrations.

Registration procedure

E-mails to Hotmail addresses (@hotmail.com/@hotmail.co.jp) and Outlook addresses (@outlook.com), may not be delivered from the registration system (registration@online-conference.jp) due to the enhanced filter. Please register with another e-mail address.

1. Registration

For Registration, please click the button below.

  • Your e-mail address will be your login ID.
  • Enter any character string for your password.

The password is encrypted and can only be known by the person who set it. Even if you contact the secretariat office, we will not be able to guide you. Manage by yourself and be careful not to forget it.

2. E-mail after temporary registration (automatic reply e-mail)

You will receive a tentative registration e-mail with the URL for full registration. Please click on the URL to proceed to the registration page. Please make sure to set your e-mail address to receive e-mails from registration@online-conference.jp, as the automatic reply e-mail may be sent to your spam folder.

3. Complete registration (automatic reply e-mail)

We will send you a confirmation e-mail with your application details and transfer information. After completing the main registration, you will be able to log in to the online academic meeting venue. The payment information screen will be displayed until the payment of the participation fee is confirmed.

4. Payment of registration fee

  • Early bird registration: July 1 (Thu) – September 10 (Fri), 2021 (JST)
  • Regular registration: September 11 (Sat) – October 22 (Fri), 2021 (JST)

Registration fee can be paid by credit card or bank transfer during the above period.

If there is no payment until the due date, registration will be invalid.

5. Completion of registration (payment confirmation notice by e-mail)

You will receive an e-mail after payment is complete. Registration will be completed with this e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail within a week after payment, please contact us at 58jps@peptide-soc.jp.

6. Access to the online conference venue and My Page

  • Your e-mail address will be your login ID.
  • Enter any character string for your password.

Please download the certificate of participation and receipt from My Page after early October. We will not mail them to you.

Those wishing to apply for the membership discount must be a member of the American Peptide Society, Australian Peptide Association, European Peptide Society, Indian Peptide Society, Korean Peptide Protein Society, Peptides or Proteins Society, or Chinese Peptide Colleagues.

Method of payment

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). After completing the registration, the payment information screen will appear on your My Page, so please proceed with the payment procedure from there. Bank transfer is only available in Japan.

For bank transfer (domestic only)

Please make the payment after filling out the registration form.

  • You can use bank counters, ATMs, Internet banking, etc. In either case, please enter (1) registration number, (2) name, and (3) contact phone number in the automatic reply e-mail. Without these three pieces of information, it may not be possible to identify the person who made the transfer. (Input example: 1234 Procom Taro 000-0000-0000).
  • Please bear the transfer fee by yourself. Please keep a copy of the payment handling slip (postal payment slip) by yourself.
  • If you wish to transfer money with multiple people, please send an e-mail to secretariat office (58jps@peptide-soc.jp) with (1) registration numbers and names of all participants, (2) transfer name, and (3) scheduled transfer date.

Notes

Change of registration / cancellation Policy

If you wish to change your registration details or cancel your participation, please contact the secretariat office (58jps@peptide-soc.jp) by e-mail. However, once the registration fee has been paid, it is non-refundable regardless of the reason. Please understand this in advance.

Reissue of participation certificates / receipts after the symposium

We will not be able to reissue or mail the participation certificate / receipt after the symposium.
