Registration
- For participants who have completed advance registration, please wear a name badge and join the symposium without stopping by the registration desk.
- Those who have not completed advance registration are required to register on-site at the registration desk. Cash and credit card payments are acceptable.

Wireless LAN will be provided for participants to use in the venue during the symposium; SSID and password can be picked up at the registration desk.
Photography & recording
Photography and recording with camera, video, mobile phone, and any devices is NOT allowed at the meeting site (both oral and poster presentations). Please note that some recording may be performed after obtaining the board meeting’s approval.
Luncheon seminar
Lunch tickets will be distributed at the registration desk from 8:45 am, Oct 29 and 30. Only tickets for the seminars on the day are provided on a first-come-first served basis.
