To Presenters

To speakers of oral presentations

Data submission

  • Please bring your presentation file to the presenter registration desk (located on 2F) 1 hour before the starting time of your session.
  • The committee can only receive the data as a ppt or pptx file using USB memory disk scanned by an antivirus software. The file should be named as [presentation number_name].
    • The committee will certainly delete your submitted file after this symposium.
  • For the presenter who uses your own PC, please bring your PC at the presenter registration desk (located on 2F).

Presentation procedure

  • The presenters use PCs (Windows 10; Microsoft PowerPoint 2021) provided by the committee. A laser pointer is available on the table.
  • For the presenter who use your own PC, please bring an adapter when an output terminal (HDMI or mini-D-sub 15 pin) is not equipped to your PC.

Presentation time

  • Please wait at the next speaker seat 10 minutes before the start of your session. The next speaker seat is located at the left front in the main hall.

    Young Investigator Talk 8 min; discussion 2 min; speaker exchange 1 min
    General Talk 15 min; discussion 3 min; speaker exchange 1 min
    • The committee informs by using a bell at the end of the talk and the discussion.

Young Presentation Award

A young presentation award will be given to a few presenters of Young Investigator’s Oral Presentation.

To Poster Presenters

Preparation of poster

  • The size of the poster board is 210 cm (H) and 90 cm (W).

Schedule

  • Poster presentations are held at B1F Exhibition Hall.

    Posting hours

    1P-001 ~ 1P-073 Oct 26 (Wed) 9:00 – 19:10
    2P-001 ~ 2P-073 Oct 27 (Thr) 9:00 – 19:10

  • The poster number (001 ~ 073) is indicated on the board. Please check your number, pins and ribbon at your site. Please use the ribbon as a sign of the presenter.

    1P-(odd number) Oct 26 (Wed) 17:10 – 18:10
    1P-(even number) Oct 26 (Wed) 18:10 – 19:10
    2P-(odd number) Oct 27 (Thr) 17:10 – 18:10

    • Please note that posters remained on display after posting hours will be removed by the committee.

Poster award

A poster award will be given to several presenters who are under 35 years old.
